How the fees work
Hybrid is a tiered fixed fee, set by your home's price band. Full service is a traditional agency commission, which your area expert explains at your free evaluation.

What's the difference between hybrid and full service?
The main difference is who hosts the viewings. With hybrid, you host the viewings and pay a tiered fixed fee set by your home's price band. With full service, your agent hosts the viewings and you pay a traditional agency commission. Both include your own area expert, listing on all major property portals, social media marketing, expert offer negotiation, ID-verified viewings if you want them, legal and compliance support, and post-sale assistance.
How much will it cost?
It depends on the service you choose. Hybrid is a tiered fixed fee, set by your home's price band (see the fee table above). Full service is a traditional agency commission. Your area expert takes you through both at your free evaluation.
How much does it cost to sell with Leadhome on the hybrid service?
The hybrid fixed fee is set by your listing price: from R24,995 for homes up to R700,000, to R99,995 for homes from R3,500,001 to R4,000,000, and 2.5% of the price above R4,000,000. Fees exclude VAT, and fixed fees apply to sole mandates.
